For Mortgage Advice Bureau’s Hampton space, the Interior aims to show a narrative circulating around their branding and came to us for a post covid refresh to their offices. We used colour and texture to invigorate their existing warehouse offices, and create a welcoming and friendly offering for clients. Using a warm and tonal colour pallet accented with their signature burn orange and deep blue, the design aimed to meld all the spaces together and create a cohesive language throughout the space.
With the addition of after hours breakout space, they wanted to bring a sense of whimsical playfulness to the office. We added in a bar, half basketball court, lounge and tiered seating to play into the sense of fun and to combat the lofty scale of the back area. Many of the offices had no access to direct sunlight so we used innovative techniques to reflect light into these spaces, such as high gloss paint, mirrors, but also used strategic lighting to play into the fact that there were no windows, thus creating warm and cavernous spaces.
